We suggest you look to using the 64 bit version of the software as they will also operate in 32 bit Windows such as Windows XP.
Xlink & Xlink-64 both of these programs have been designed to transfer ISO/EIA Gcode style programs between a PC and the CNC control. The software supports all known CNC brands and models. They have dual editors which makes it extremely easy to create new programs from existing ones. There is a rich set of options and functions available, most of which are selected via an icon menu type system.
Xgate/Xgate-64 is a cut down version of the Xlink products specifically designed for our BTR devices. The product is free to users who have purchased BTR devices from us.
Xedit is only available for the 16/32 bit systems and is an editor only version of Xlink.
Xstorm/XstormLite/Xstorm-64 the word Storm comes from using the first letters of STorage Of and Retrieval of Mazatrol programs. These software products allow the user to capture & load programs from Mazak Mazatrol programs in CMT mode. Incorporate in the software is a powerful jobbing database that allows the user to store details of each job and inturn to search for jobs in the database using several different search criteria. Once a job is found it can be seamlessly load back to the control.
The software supports all known Mazatrol models and the 64bit Xstorm-64 also supports the latest controls that are using LAN or local area network connections. In the jobbing system you can incorporate photos, drawings and Word or Excel documents.
XlinkAdvance is the combination of both Xlink-64 and Xstorm-64. It is one of our most popular products as many workshops have a combination of Mazak Mazatrol CNC's and CNC's using Fanuc style ISO/EIA controls.
Xlink-IQ is an enhanced version of XlinkAdvance. In Xlink-IQ the database is expanded to incorporate tables for cutters, tools, Turret and Magazine definitions for each job. The software supports the addition of images for all your tools etc. The full installation download includes several sets of images from the likes of Sandvik, Garr, KennaMetal, Iscar, Dormer and Seco.
