What's NOT included in these pages......
Database Conversions:
We can convert the software databases of Xstorm & XstormLite to the latest software's database. This is a complicated process and requires an indepth knowledge of both systems. If you are using either of these programs and you wish or need to graduate to the latest 64bit software there is a fee for us to do the conversion. At the time of conversion we will send you a form to fill out on what you require from the conversion. When we get the form back we will quote you the price for the conversion. For simple conversions the usual cost is $175.00 plus postage and handling.
IMPORTING:
We are in a position to Import and Convert files from other providors of software that communicate with Mazak Mazatrols in the CMT format. Again this is a complicated multi process procedure and we will quote you a price for doing the conversion. Pricing is based on the number files and the number of different models. Just send us a zip file of all your programs. Be sure to leave the folder structure intact so we can convert correctly. During the conversion phase we build a job database from the supplied files and the folder structure ready for our latest software. We can also change the base disk drive location if required. This can be convenient when you are moving from local storage to storing the programs on a remote server. Alternatively the CvrtGriffo program is available from the download page and you can attempt it yourself.

The Mazak Mazatrol CMT system, transfers programs in a binary NON man readable format, so it's imperative that the PC transfer software is able to record details of each job into a database of some sort or other. If for some reason you loose your database, we have written a program that can extract the "Work Numbers" and the "Descriptions" normally included in the CMT binary data transfers. This extractions process is by no means perfect as the data is limited to what is available in the transfer but as they say "Something is better than Nothing".
